Shipping Options

We've got all the bases covered when it comes to shipping. Choose the one you want at checkout.

FREE In-store Pick Up

We’d love to see you, drop in our coffee is legend. Choose pick up in the cart and we’ll send you an email when your order is ready to go. We're open from 8am until 5pm on Monday to Friday and even sometimes Saturday morning if the dog needs a walk or Christmas is around the corner – call before hand if you want to head over outside of weekday hours.

FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $100

Place an order totalling $100 or more after discounts to qualify for FREE standard shipping. It’s easy, and calculated automatically at the checkout. You don't need to enter special codes or coupons, just choose the standard shipping option and our system will ship for free if your order qualifies.

Standard Shipping – $8 Flat Rate

Need to save a dollar? Standard shipping to one address is a low $9 flat rate regardless of what you order or where you are in Oz. Even better, if your order is over $100 after discounts, standard shipping is FREE! How good is that!

Estimated standard shipping times are as follows:

• 1-4 Business day delivery within Queensland
• 2-6 Business day delivery to capital city metro areas in Australia
• 3-7 Business days for country/rural/remote areas

Express Shipping

Can’t wait for standard delivery? We’re with you on that one. Express shipping options will get product to you fast. Express Post delivery time and cost varies depending on your delivery address, the quantity and product ordered. Click here to see if you are in the Express Post Network. Please check carefully, particularly if you are in Western Australia, Northern Territory or live anywhere near the black stump.

Estimated express shipping times are as follows:

• Next business day to addresses within the Express Post Network
• 2-4 business day delivery if you are outside the Express Post Network

International Shipping

• New Zealand, we get you Bro! Shipping across the pond is easy and quick with one simple flat rate of $15 plus $2 per item (delivery times vary).
• Rest of the world, no worries. It doesn’t matter where you’re from, we can hook you up with some awesome custom printed clothing. Standard International Air Post takes between 14-21 days once dispatched.

Your order may incur local customs duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient of the order to the customs authority. We are not responsible for these charges. Price is calculated live at the shipping page of the cart.

Rush Production Options

Our standard, no-drama production time is up to 10 working days from receipt of your order. If you need your order in a hurry don't stress about it – that’s our job. Rush production options are available in the shopping cart.

5 Working Day Express Production

Available on all products, subject to stock availability. Orders placed by 9am on any working day will include the ordering day in the 5 day turnaround. If you order after 9am, the 5 day job clock starts on the next working day.

• A rush order fee of 20% on regular item prices will apply.
• Minimum rush fee is $25 + regular item price.

24 Hour RUSH Production

Need it even faster? Look for products with the 24 RUSH production icon. Orders must be placed by 9am so we can get them ready to fly next day (subject to stock availability).

• Minimum rush fee is $25 + regular item price.
   

How long does it take from order-to-door?

We know how it is. Your favorite t-shirt is in the wash and you've got a steaming hot date on Friday night... don’t panic, we'll sort you out with something awesome to wear.

Our standard production time is 10 working days, but you can choose five working day rush production or the 24 hour VIP production option to speed things up. Don’t forget the cut off time for rush production options is 9am for us to start work on your order that day.

But wait, there’s more! We have to get your shirts to you. If you’re local then pedal right over and pick 'em up if you wish. If you don’t call Brisbane home, we’ve got express shipping options available at the checkout – remember that shipping time varies depending on where you are.

Total time from order to door is [Production Time] + [Shipping Method] = your “estimated delivery time”. The shopping cart will calculate the “estimated delivery time” for your order at the shipping stage (Step 2) of checkout. Your estimated delivery is the longest we reckon it will take for you to receive your order. Our mission is to share-the-love so we’ll always try and ship your order early.
